Sorry if this info is available somewhere, but I couldn't find any info.
My 960 has been sitting for a while unused a number of serious health issues but all back on track again and time to fiddle with a few issues. Also scored a 2nd 960 that has younger engine that mine and believe good fuel pump and gauge.
Prior to parking up my fuel economy was very poor I suspect O2 sensor , I checked fuel pressure , a little below optimum but not poor, plus fuel gauge was erratic.
Anyway attempt to start again turn over no run fuel not stale.
Check fuel pressure Nil.
So today start to remove fuel pump from 2nd from panel in boot.
I read somewhere about removing fuel tank, is there a guide on how to remove tank.
Also considering doing a complete engine gearbox, if i do this do need computer swap?? any guides on how this is achieved please.
Cheers
Kappy

It's not that difficult to remove the tank sending unit from inside the car. It seems that doing so would be easier if working on a wagon. You didn't mention if these cars are sedan or wagon. Also confirm that the fuel pump relay is working properly (use a test wire with male spade connectors at each end at the relay socket).
