2003 s60 Splash Guard replacement

I have a big tear in the plastic casing under my engine and it's flapping in the wind once I hit 50mph (so it probably won't last much longer). Looking on FCP Euro it looks like I can pick up a splash guard for $81. Is it an easy install?
