-Swapping out OEM dash, ECC and radio lights with Blue LEDS $60
-Soldering 3 in 1 station for soldering and heat gunning $49
-Removed DIM and repaired non functioning information display and intermittent dials problem $0
-Engine bar for holding engine whilst dropping subframe $90
-Valve body removal and solenoid repair - Transgo $120
-Gasket Goop (RTV) $19
-ATF Fluid Nulon Multi synthetic JWS3309 spec - 12 litres $165
-Heat gunned all dark grey external trim that had gone whitish - looks brand new now $0
-Bits and pieces for cleaning engine, nitrile disposable gloves, degreaser etc. $100
-Lucas Transmission repair to reduce shift flair and banging/harsh engagement (worked to reduced Hard engagements but certainly not a fix) $22
Bone tools, complete set $4.50 ebay
Removed outer roof trim and cleaned out dirt and grass - Silicon back in - busted clips $17

Pulled power steering reservoir cap and removed green rubber "gasket" flipped it up the other way and reinstalled. Should stop leaking from top. $0

Installed a new Volvo OEM Boost Pressure Sensor $153AUD
Resolved Codes 1600 and 170f - I checked the voltage feeding it before biting the bullet. It was spot on 5V.
Resolved: Hesitation at take-off
Stumbling of engine intermittently under acceleration and during deceleration or whilst cruise control on.
Would stall out if A/C compressor kicked in whilst garage shifting from P - N - R - D
Would also stall out if A/C was on and you reversed, then stopped to engage Drive.
Impacted quite a few things as far as driving goes - had been driving and instructing anyone else to keep the A/C off.
Car had stalled whilst doing a low speed U Turn under feather throttle previously.
Doesn't do that now.
Overall, made a large difference to "smoothness" of the engine.

Items to be addressed over next 12 weeks:
Replace top engine mount.
Fix rattling A/C compressor clutch
Replace right Hand front Sway Bar Link - rubber is completely gone around ball joint bit - Do Left hand one as well - Yeah why not
Replace both Lower control arms
Brakes: New front rotors and pads

Front rotors and Pads (L&R side) - Flat Vented rotors + Standard Pads $154
Relatively simple - but had to buy a whole damn hex set to get just the 7mm one!
Spent 50 kms to start the bedding in - feel ok.
