1. In picture there is what looks like a broken plug. It is by the batter by cannot see what it is supposed to go to.

Hi, trying to identify two things.
1. In picture there is what looks like a broken plug. It is by the batter by cannot see what it is supposed to go to. 2. In other picture there is what appears to be two male plugs at the top of, I think it is the condenser for the ac, is there supposed to be something connected to this plug?
