I just purchase a VIDA 2014D version and installed it then connect with the DICE to my car. It connects ok and read the vehicle details but it won't give access to the diagnostic menu. It's all grey out. Other it connects, anyone experience this before?

I now got VIDA connected but it does not read any information from the CEM even when the car has a message. I have attached a screen shot of the page from the diagnostic menu. It does not even read the battery voltage or the ignition key position. Anyone able to help?
