2005 S60 Timing Belt replacement price

I recently got a quote for a timing belt kit, water pump, and drive belt replacement from a mechanic I use normally. The quote was for a little over $800. I am used to the cost for an 850 or a S70, but that just seemed really high to me. I know the S60 has to be adjusted for the proper belt tension, but does that make it so much more than a S70 or 850? I am going to get a few more quotes and see where they are. The odd part is the mechanic wouldn't come down any, or let me buy the parts to reduce his quote. He has never been like that before. I would also take any references for mechanics in the Knoxville, TN area. Thanks.

When replacing the water pump make sure it's either original Volvo or Aisin, as there are facts about aftermarket ones going bad quickly.

So he is adding $650 for a 2hours job with the coolant drain. There is no need to remove the crank pulley, so it's an 'easy' job for a mechanic.
