2000 S80 UEM Alarm module? door lock/keyless issue

2000 S80 T6, everything was working when I bought the car back in march (except possibly the alarm system, I never set it off) the rearview mirror lcd was permanently dark over most of the mirror. The sunroof stopped working 2 or 3 times, but the 3 lock/unlock would get it going again. Then last month I replaced the lcd with the rearview still installed and plugged in. I only unsoldered the 2 wires for the mirror then soldered the new mirror back on. The autodimming feature worked and all was right with the world. Then about a week later, the remote entry stopped working, then a week after that the key would not unlock the door. When that happened, the alarm was set off, but no siren just blinking lights. I unlocked the trunk with the key and crawled to the front to unlock it. Then a few days later I noticed the interior doow lock/unlock button no longer worked and a week after that I noticed the sunroof and lights no longer worked. After doing some research I bought a battery to replaced the on in the alarm module, but after opening it up, the PCB was too far gone so I ordered a new one. Different part number, but I was told from the yard that it was from a 2000 s80. I installed it and there was no change. They sent me another one assuming the first was DOA and I got the same result. I can't do the 3 lock/unlock reset procedure because it does not recognize my key in the door. After more research I got a DICE/VIDA clone unit and started poking around. By signaling the remote entry lock or unlock function and/or turning on the MMS voltage I got the interior lock/unlock buttons to work, the trunk switch to work and the sunroof and lights to work again. However, the remote still doesn't work and the car still does not recognize my key. The number of remotes value is 0. I also temporarily bricked the car by trying to reload the UEM software (I lost communication with almost all of the modules), but after leaving the battery disconnected for a while it went back to normal. I redid the function activation process to restore sunroof/lights/trunk switch/interior switch function. How do I go about restoring the driver's door key unlock function or best yet remote unlock function?
