New Tires - Premier? Cinturato?

What is the consensus on the comparison between Michelin Premier A/S and the Pirelli Cinturato P7? I have a 2002 V70 T5 with over 210K. After ditching the Pirellis it came with (too many bulges), I tried Portenzas and Contis. I am getting away from the High Performance tires and putting on Grand Touring tires. It appears that the Premier and Cinturato are pretty evenly rated. Would like to know what members of this Board think?
