2005 S60 2.4 need VVT and Valve lash help

2005 non turbo VVT intake.

I am sure its listed and I swear I searched for hours but I cannot find VVT resetting info for the intake cam.

Son ignored the water pump bearing failure and belt popped off, bent valves.

I know I will need to reset valve lash by changing the buckets as needed, how best to retain cams for measuring purposes?

Can someone point me to instructions for starting from scratch timing with VVT on the intake, non spring.
