2000 XC70 Rear door replacement, will V70 door fit?

Hi, Hoping someone knowledgeable can help...My drivers side rear door was impacted and needs replacement however I am having trouble locating a XC70 match here in NewZealand...I am wondering if the V70 door will fit? its the old shape car...

Other than the typical two tone paint on many XCs they are identical.

That's great...I know the trim is different, but I just need a working door for now...
