I just received my Vida Dice unit that I bought on eBay. It was shipped from California and offered a 30 day money back guarantee. The unit software was included as well as the patch software on the disk. Both are needed to make it work. The Readme file included a few details for proper installation.

I have a Windows 7 laptop that is fully updated and the software loaded properly and completely on the FIRST attempt! I had to delete Internet Explorer 11 and went to the Microsoft website to get Internet Explorer 9 in order to make it work. Both the description on eBay and the Readme file indicate that the software will not work on anything newer than IE 9.

I do not know why I did not get one of these years ago! The level of detail is just amazing. If you are going to get one, make sure it has a return policy and better be shipped within the USA. My 2 cents.

It's great that there is a stateside supplier.
Have you been able to talk to them by phone?
