every time I refuel, I have a hard time getting car to start. Cranks fine. I try and prime 2-3 times with key and it will start and stall. prime a few times again and crank it 10 seconds or so and then it fires up. sluggish when it first starts and then is fine. Only time I have a problem. starts immediately in morning or after 10-12 hour shift at work.
I have replaced the fuel filter and fuel cap. Pulled the pump access cover today and pump has sticker dated 6-6-2000. Replace pump or look at pressure regulator? Anything else it could be?
Thanks for any advice

What do you mean "prime 2-3 times?
Have you checked the fuel pressure yet?
I wouldn't change the pump, regulator or anything else until I checked the fuel pressure.
It should be around 44 psi.

turning key on, pump starts and then pump stops. I am assuming this primes the fuel system.
I checked at my local oreilly's but they didnt have a fuel pressure gauge for me to use. I will check around and see if I can borrow one somewhere else.
