2009 S60 replace headlight assembly

The clear plastic lens on my headlight is shattered. These are bi xenon active. Have to replace the whole assembly. Does anyone know if you can replace the headlight assembly yourself or is this something you need to have done at a dealership? I've read with other models you have to remove the bumper cover to get the assembly out. Not seen any descriptions for a 2009 S60. Also not sure if a software update is involved since these are the headlights that move to follow curves.
