2009 S80 3.2 Can't remove key fob from pushbutton start

Hey everyone,

My sister has a 2009 S80 with the 3.2 engine with the pushbutton start option. She put her fob in the other day and went driving. She then stopped the car and tried to remove the fob, but it won't come out. It ejects about 1/4" when pushed, but it still is locked in placed. You can feel something solid stopping the fob from coming out if pushed in just a little and pulled out. I checked the battery. It had a slight amount of corrosion on the neg terminal, but I cleaned everything up and charged it up overnight. The battery is only a year old. All fuses are good. The car starts and drives fine. I can't find too much about this problem out there. Any suggestions? Thanks for the help!
