2002 V70 T5 Air blowing (hard) out of vents with car off

Wow, I've never seen this. Two times, that I know of, I've had my car off, for more than several minutes - as much as 45 minutes or so, and come back to the car - and the blower is on blowing air into the cabin! It's not an engine fan.

You need to get your car checked for Aliens ASAP! :lol:

What you are observing is the 'afterblow feature' working as intended. By design, the afterblow is supposed to remove residual condensation from the evap coil.
Example of Precision: Measure with a Micrometer, mark it with Chalk, and then cut it with an Axe.

Thanks! Yeah it was surprising. I guess fans don't use a lot of current.

It does draw pretty nicely at max speed since it moves quite bit of air; that's why you've got that big fat battery in there.
Basically, the Swedish Elves got you covered 8)
