Could be the crank sensor, cam sensor? You have 2 ignition coils I believe. I would probably start there. Maybe someone with more experience with your motor will chime in.

Have the codes been read to see which cylinder is misfiring?
When known then change the ignition coils around to see if another cylinder starts misfiring to find out if it is a faulty coil.
