1998 V70 Evap hose question

I am chasing down a PO455 code and appear to have found the culprit. I was inspecting the J Hose, which looked okay, but the hose coming off the T that the J hose attaches to (which I assume is the shut off valve) is crack badly at both ends. Any one know what this hose is called? It, like the J hose, has a clamp at either end. I was going to go ahead and just replace both while I am under there.
