2004 V40 Will 215/55 R16 tires rub?

I have a set of snow tires in great shape from a Saab that I no longer own. They are 215/55 R16s, which seem really close to the 215/50 R16 tires that are specified in the manual. I am thinking of having them mounted on my 2004 V40, however, I am concerned that they will rub the inner wheel liner. Has anyone here ever run the 215/55 R16 tires on a pre-2005 V40 or pre-2004 and if so did it work out OK?

Thanks, thought it made sense to check before paying to have them dismounted from the Saab wheels and then remounted on the Volvo wheels.
