1998 V70 AWD key FOB intermitent

The key FOB for this car has alway been intermitent. Depending on how hard or light you pressed the button or car may make it work. Upon disassembling the FOB I found that the battery was extremely loose in the case, meaning it fell out. What I found was two of the three tabs cast into the battery case were broken causing the battery to not be locked in its proper position. The battery case is held onto the circuit by four clips. While holding the battery in the proper configuration or position the FOB worked perfectly.

So now I am looking for someone that has a junked FOB that can pull the battery case.

Don't they have them on ebay? I bought a few on ebay to fix the broken ones that came with the car.

ebay sellers have the case and soft pad but not the battery case on the circuit board.

Go to the closet pick/pull and look for one inside a junked car, I see them all the time at my local pick & pull. Like I stated it has to be a wreck yard that lets you walk around to find parts yourself and pull them yourself.
