I recently purchased this vehicle which had a slight vibration in the cabin (not in the steering wheel) between 55 and 65 MPH. I thought it was a tire out of balance, so I had all four re-balanced. Didn't make a difference.
So I did some poking around and some posts indicated it could be an axle - mostly likely the front right. I replaced it with a rebuilt one from FCP, and upon inspection of the old axle I was sure I had the problem fixed. The old one had some visible decay and the splines from the transmission were rusty - see pics.
But I got it out on the road and not only does it still vibrate around 60, it has a new vibration at 20mph! Not sure what could have created this, aside from a defective part.
Any thoughts on what to do next would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks.

Check the lower engine mount (right side of car)
If it's collapsed the engine is touching the subframe and WILL cause odd vibration.
They usually fail at around 100K miles

Thanks JRL,
That engine mount was recently replaced and looks good.
I think the rebuilt axle is the issue. I put the old one back in and the 20 mph issue is gone.
Will be following up with FCP for a refund.
