04 S60 Non Turbo. Transmission Questions.

Hello,

I'm having an issue as follows:

1. Massive vibration issue when it's in reverse only.
2. Some bang shift 1 -> 2 gear at low RPM (below 2000rpm)
-> Before overhaul the transmission, never happened.

1. Due to reverse was not engaged, overhualed transmission at 3rd party shop this Jan. 2015.
2. Only cleaned the the valvebody while overhaul the transmission.
3. Updated the transmission torque mount.
4. Updated the front & rear engine mount.
5. Installed the universal in-line ATF filter.
5. Did not update the front passenger side mount.
6. Did not update the upper engine torque mount.

The last month, checked the TCM/ECM at indi local Volvo shop.

Per VIDA Dice:

1. No TCM error code.
2. All comunication as Ready.
3. Found it only ETM software need to be updated.

Questions:

1. Massive vibration issue when it's in reverse only.
- Shoud I change the front passenger side & upper engine torque mount?
- Should I re-alingn the all engine & transmission mounts?
2. Some bang shift 1 -> 2 gear at low RPM.
- Should I repalce the new(remanufactured) valvebody?
- Has to be re-updated all TCM/ETM software?
