1987 740 wagon turbo tighten p/s belt???

im having a brain fart. i just put a new water pump on and i can not for the life of me get the p/s pump tensionor to tighten. please someone send me a picture or something. this happens to me everytime i touch that belt. should be super simple.............thanks Todd R
