xc90 anti skid warning ight

Hi again got a problem with the wife's xc90 just had new tires in the last month (firstly I do not drive this car that much)she tells me that a warning light has appeared which says anti skid service required after driving the car my self I notice a sound which have had before (xc70 wheel bearings ) and this warning light ,so I take it to the local independent garage which I use to diagnose problems the car is plugged in and there are quite a few codes which he clears but one remains which is the anti skid it says there is no signal I enquirer if its a "yaw" sensor he says no .After I drove the car home with this light on my wife then takes the car to pick up her mother and the car after 4 miles goes in to total shut down with abs warning lights in red and wont start .A police officer stops and tries to start the car but to no avail ,but after 10 minutes with the keys out of the ignition the car stated up just with the anti skid light on any ideas would be grateful.

- Anti-skid light: search forum for clockspring. After you have read all the stuff, then you may want to live with the light. I have the same issue and am not willing to shell out $300 for the clockspring with no warranty it will solve the issue.

- Engine shut down: search for "PEM" issue...

Looks like Can bus issue.
Culprits can be CEM, DEM.
We need error codes to tell more exactly.

Hi again the car has come back with DEM unit can this be just a water problem ? or will this unit have to be changed .
