Onboard Diagnostic Missing the A6 Port

Hi Guys
Im trouble shooting a no start on my T5R
Running thru the OBD codes I don't seem to have socket A6 ( Ignition system ) installed in the receptacle

Also when i plug in the lead to A2 the LED illuminates slightly Im looking for a short or a pinched wire

But none seem

Any help would be much appreciated

I know when I visited my folks in the UK, their 1996 850 wagon (10V 2.5) didn't have the A5/6 ports either, so probably don't have them for some reason. Our 93 850 NA in Canada did, so maybe it is something to do with different emissions, just as the European P80's have to North America?

The A-6 port only works with the Jetronic LH3.2 ECU system. Your T5R has a Motronic ECU and it uses only port A-2. There are some other variants like the Fenix setup and I'm not sure if it was a single module or a two modules setup. We don't have many, if any at all, of the Fenix equipped cars in the US so I've never seen one.
