02 V70XC P0340 code

Hello all,
I have 2002 V70XC 2.5T. I just got done replacing the head gasket and the timing belt on my car. I have the P0340 code coming up now. The car runs and drives, but rough. This didn't start until after running the car and driving it about 10 miles. I got another sensor from the junk yard to see if that would help, but no change, which it could be another bad sensor. I checked continuity between the sensor connector and the pins at the ECU and they are at 0 ohms. With key on, sensor unplugged I'm getting 4.9V on pin 1 and 3, and no voltage on pin 2. Not sure what's going on or where to go from here, any help is much appreciated!

My Volvo xc70 has the same problem. Do you know want caused the problem.
