Warranty question

Post by volvobox »

I bought a used Throttle body for v70. Does the lifetime warranty transfer over or is it just for the original purchaser?
Nothing wrong with the part, I just want to make sure beforehand, in case there ever is an issue

Lifetime warranty applies to the original purchaser and is not transferable. One year warranty from the original purchase date is extended to the subsequent vehicle owner.

@ChrisatXeMODeX Question so I bought a car with New Xemodex ETM. Owner bought it last year in October from IPD, I have the order number and owners name. Does it mean it is still under warranty until Oct 2020?
Thanks,
Kris
