My 2005 xx90 2.5t was running just fine. Well at a stop sign it suddenly stopped moving neutral park reverse do not work. When engaging park I hear a grinding noise. There is no park gear it still drifts forward. Is this the transfer case? What can I look for? I'm really upset as there has been no issue until now aside from an abs light. The transfer case did have a small leak. Did it maybe run dry? If anyone has some input I would appreciate it. the car has 125k on it. Thank you!
