2002 S60 (non-T) Sunroof issue

The glass of my sunroof lifts up while driving fast, and drops down with a thump when I slow down or stop. The movement of the glass has gotten worse over the past year. What could be causing the problem, and how do I fix it? Otherwise the sunroof works fine (open and closes). Thanks for any help.
