2005 S60 2.5T: Oil in intercooler line?

Swapping out the radiator (Valeo stock original) with a new Behr (as well as upper/lower hoses). I pulled off the intercooler hose and noticed oil in it. It pooled at the coupler at turbo. Am I looking at a bad seal in the turbo?

Unless that has been cleaned out less than 10000 miles ago, that's probably normal accumulation of oil in a turbo.

These turbos are Mitsubishis and are bulletproof. 300k miles +
