Intake manifold to Oil Trap box hose?

Intake manifold to Oil Trap box hose?

I need some help! I cant find the hose anywhere online that connects oil trap box to (underside) intake manifold. A description/name would help lots.

If its not a severe bend on the hose you can go to any auto parts store and get a emission compatible rubber hose and use it.
