1996 volvo 960 p0500

Hi so my car just threw this code the other day. So I have the check engine light and transmission wse lights flash and so does the up arrow no speedometer and my abs light isn't on .when I reset it the speedometer usually works but intermittent flips around . I checked my antilock brakes when the lights are light up by stopping on ice and can tell the abs is working. So I am so confused about all I read i am pretty sure it's the sensor that send the signal to my Speedo but I'm not sure what one the differential or transmission .anyone please help

Do you know what the values should be on the rear differential abs/speed sensor should read in ohms ?
