Hey Guys, New here and trying to figure something wrong on my 2004 S60r.
Got the codes finally and came up with these.
BCM-0041
BCM-0042
BCM-0100
BCM-0108
BCM-0115
DEM-E000
DEM-E003
SAS-0048
SAS-E000
Seems like a lot of codes, and I've looked up most of them and seen a lot of Stuff saying the ABS control Module, and others point to the DEM. The bcm was highlighted in RED on Vida and the SAS and DEM were Yellow.
Any help where to start on this?
BCM Codes?

Codes alone are not always a definitive diagnosis. Have they been cleared? Did they then return in the same combination?
If you have Vida/Dice look in Diagnostics-Communication-Network and click on each of the modules to see that it has a Network identity and software part numbers. Any module highlighted in red in THIS menu will be offline and faulty regardless of the color of the module during the fault trace menu.
If you launch boats or catamarans using a trailer the DEM is likely to be water damaged. Ingress of Haldex gear oil into the DEM is also a problem causing failure.

Cleared all the codes and then went to leave my driveway to the problem happen right away. Got it back into my driveway and rescanned and got these codes in the delivery tab
BCM-0041
CEM-1A65
CEM-5B01
CEM-8D02
With the BCM and DEM being red and SUM grey
Under "Network" the only Red one is the SUM
Also get ABS light and Brake Asst service required,ABS/Anti Skid service Required,
someone suggested the DEM is dead?

Right rear ABS sensor or connector error. Check the sensor for continuity, inspect wiring for damage.
Mattymoo ABS web site has guidance on evaluating ABS faults.
Those CEM codes look like suspension communication errors - has someone been working on the car recently?

Of course not...
Much more likely connectors or wire failure somewhere...

Does SUM have an identity in Network? Always use Delivery tab. Can you see id and sw part numbers for this module when you click on its icon when in Network tab?
CEM-1A65 is a communication fault between CEM & DEM but it's too early to blame either.
