gas sensor light is not working

gas sensor light is not working
I have 2004 S80, usually the gas light is on when the gas is below some levels, recently it is not working. i drove the car to dealer, and then checked the car and could not find anything wrong and charge me $100. anybody know how to fix it? because this is very annoying without warning light. thanks.
