Can I use a Volvo 850 to push another 850?
An 850 wagon of mine broke down on the street yesterday, and I need to get it into my driveway. Towing with my 850 is not really an option, as the car needs to be as close to the end of the driveway as possible, so I'm thinking of pushing it bumper to bumper with my other 850. The driveway is on a slight incline, but not too steep, hence the car cannot be pushed by people. A tow truck is also not an option, as their is a carport the car has to pass under to get to the end of the drive. Is there any harm in doing this? Will I break my bumpers? Is there a better way?

I've done it but I stuck a piece (half a sheet) of 3/4" plywood between the bumpers and went real slowly. My driveway is kind of like the Ho Chi Minh Trail and there is a big dropoff about 2 feet into it which would have had the bumpers jump over each other without the plywood.
