Passenger side spindle

Hello all,
Year long lurker, who has taken a bit of advice from this forum, thanks!
I bought a 1989 Volvo last year. When I purchased it, I was told by the mechanic who had worked on the car, that the passenger side spindle is going to need attention down the road and the road is now.
I'm in the process of finding a used one. The question I have is, since I have the spindle out, is there anything that needs or should be replaced as a matter of practicality? I am unaware of the history of currently installed front end parts, they all appear to have a bit of miles on them, but again none need immediate repair and they are in good shape.

What model of Volvo are you asking about? This info would be a big help.

Check the strut insert, strut mount, and lower ball joint for wear.
