I have two 960s in various states of disrepair/collision damage. Neither is on the road, but both can run and neither require any major work.
However, one has collision damage to the front bumper guard, fender and hood and one headlight housing. It looks eminently fixable. The other is banged up but has fewer miles. The collision vehicle has an awesome grey interior but a leaky sunroof. The bruised vehicle has a tan interior (booo!...) and a functioning sunroof.
Sure, I could make one franken car out of these but simply don't have the space to work on both (and probably sufficient time).
I hate parting with these cars for both the emotional reasons we all have about our bricks but also because there is so much good car between the two to head to the scrapper! Think of all that aluminum and steel going being crushed. Argh!
What do you folks recommend besides psychological help?
