2001 xc70 need to change Cam Seals after PCV repair Help

Hey guys,
I would like to find how to access my rear cam seals so I can change both of them. I had been searchin but can not find how to for our xc70 model, I found some S80 but it looks so different than ours.
I just finished my pcv valve service but I couldn't remove the nipple on the intake drivers side by the air filter. It is really tight and I couldn't remove the fitting.
