1996 850R Drivers Side Lower Dash Panel

Hi,

So the Lower Dash Panel/knee bolster is not secured by the left most screw (it is falling down). It looks like the material that would secure the screw has ripped through. Does anyone have any recommendations? Is there a glue that would work or maybe a strong tape? I know tape might leave residual. I just don't want excess pressure on the other two supporting screws.
