How many hours would it be for a mechanic to change the timing belt, tensioners, pulley, and water pump?

We don't change the water pump at the first belt. To change the tensioner, pulley and belt, it would take us about 1-2h if we've already did it in the past (without removing the crank pulley). Make sure the garage uses a quality kit such as Gates, aftermarket parts for european cars have often times dismal quality. I would even not discard the original used parts once removed, I had to replace one back when my new aftermarket roller failed after 5000 miles.
