1994 850 N/A Wagon Black

A garage space had opened at my friends house recently, so I got the Black N/A Wagon out of storage.

I grabbed it last Summer for $300. It runs but needed a left front wheel bearing. And it DID.

It would also need an Axle and steering knuckle.
It was driven too long on the bad bearing. The hub was welded to the knuckle, and the Wheel sensor ring teeth were sheered completely.

Received the parts today, but I cannot get to it until Sunday.

Needs Hood hinges (flew Up), Passenger rear door glass and a few cosmetic pieces that I have in storage.

Those and a PCV run through, Oil change, Trans drain and fill, and I will go from there.

This one is simply fun, with a full leather interior. A find.

May have nice photos later today.

It is a work in progress n/a wagon.
Any one can have fun with these cars for next to nothing, if you enjoy, and may have spare time.

Another friend is doing so well on a very similar project. I am sincerely of want to be ahead of the game.

Have not updated this one in a year or so.

Got rid of the roof racks.
Replaced the right rear door just for the window.
Cracked up '94 rear bumper was replaced with '99 bumper.
All Black leather interior detailed.
Oil changed to high mileage synthetic blend.
Trans drain and fill.

Now there is where I may be having a problem.

After driving less than a mile I have lost forward motion.
It will be figured out tomorrow.

Got it.
I had done three things at once.
Changed the Economy, Sport, Winter switch. (one I had in storage)
Performed second drain and fill.
Cleared code.

Forward motion again.

With a slight Dose of 134a A24 year old car has cold air conditioning as well!
