850 race car wiring nighmare!

Post by nickjggreen »

been using a 96 Volvo as a backwoods "grass roots" race car and have been having nightmeres after nightmare with ignition wiring and such currently I have a 96 wagon that ran perfectly fine I moved the battery lost all spark then the car went into immobilizer mode. so I yank the 210/211 relay jumped the 50e and f pins so I could crank it and now I have zero spark zero injector pulse(pulled out fuel rail cranked over motor and not even a dribble) and when watching the dash the tach doesn't even give a tickle when being cranked. I have lots of battery juice and it cranks perfectly fine. ive been reading about guys doing these whiteblock swaps into 240's but none talk too much about the wiring harness and it sounds like they build there own and bypass all of this disasterous relays and such. anyone please help lead me a direction before I yank this Volvo apart and swap in some stupid brainless gm
