Swapped manual seats for power seats and no power

I am replacing my 98 V70XC for a 98 V70 5 speed maunal. The interior was in bad condition so I started tearing interior from XC to standard. The pigtail for power was in the car. I hooked everything up. Verified the fuse systems between the two cars was the same, but still now power to either seat. Any advice? I need to adjust the drivers seat and I really don't want to tear it out again, reinstall it in the XC to fix it. Only to repeat the tear out and reinstall.

You need relays in the fuse box under the hood - without them, the wiring isn't hot. One for driver's side, one for passenger side.

Not relays, self-resetting circuit breakers ( Volvo calls them "Automatic Fuses" ).
Positions 11C/39 & 11C/40 under the main fusebox cover near the windshield.

You'll have to remove the 4 torx screws to take that cover off to reach the empty spaces.

I'd interested to see pictures of the seats in the new car! The XC came in some interesting interior colors... light/dark two-tone seats, etc.
