v70 2002 rear trailing arm question

Hello,
This is a stupid mistake so please forgive the question...

We tried to remove the trailing arm to get to another part, but it turned out that it wasn't necessary to touch at all. Now, because of the pressure the trailing arm is misaligned and the bolt is stuck halfway out. We are unable to move it back into place or to take the bolt any further out. Is there anything we can do, or are we in trouble without a special tool/ more experience? We just don't want to force anything when we don't really know what we're doing, and can't seem to find any info on this specific type of arm.

Align floor jack parallel to car, face backwards (if I remember correctly), put it under control arm and raise it. The holes will align.
