S80 2007 subframe bushes

Hi guys, new member so please be gentle.
I've not long had an s80 2.4d and am working through some niggles, apart from this am loving the car.
It's been feeling a bit vague and is clunking from the front end, I've taken it to my local garage and they say the trailing arm bushes are split and also the rear front subframe bushes have play. It's booked in for the trailing arm bushes but they were not overly happy doing subframe bushes, long story involving my old Saab 9-5 subframe bushes. I have had a Google buy it's mostly the older model that's been written about, I know the bushes are different so the inserts and o rings don't apply, but it seems a straight forward job? Can they be done with subframe still on car? Do they press in from underneath? They do have a manual bush pulling contraption.
