Vida Dice Output: lots of gremlins?

Helping a friend who picked up a 2010 XC70 T6 (75K miles) who posted below about his tale gate. I noted each time I cleared the codes sometimes nothing comes back, then different ones 10 minutes later, then cleared again...it's all over the place. If you see the two most recent outputs attached this is a mess of items that are coming up this time. The new ones pertain to the Throttle Actuaor Control Module and Brake Control module...car drives fine and everything seems to work (windows, locks, sunroof...) with the exception of the Tire Sensors and Lift Gate...which neither are throwing any codes!

Do we have an issue going on with the wiring, can bus or any one module that makes other modules trigger?

I don't know the health of the battery but it holds a nice 13.3volts with the engine off according to the Vida Dice...which is way better then my 2001 or 2003 P2 cars. I don't think we have a volt drop or such issue.

Will be back with more specific questions as we continue to research this car but I'm curious if these are prone to any communication freak outs.
