I was in a mild accident yesterday , a lady hit the back of my 2000 V70XC SE , I was at a intersection waiting to turn left, she came up behind me, slam into the back of my new baby and to my surprise , my new baby was Ok ! just a scuff mark. The lady never stop at the intersection, just ran into the back of me. She said her foor slip from the brake pedal and she couldn't stop in time .
I guess it is true, Volvos are like tanks !
I guess this is nothing new to volvo lovers

Yup, have them check it carefully. The 2 chassis rails can deform underneath, and the plastic rear bumper can get micro cracks start in the paint.

Yes evan though, I think the car is ok, I am taking it to a body shop to have it checked out to make sure . Thank you all for those suggestions, I will ask them to check the chassis rails . I am not worry about the paint on the bumper cause I am going have it repainted for my birthday in oct as a present to myself and the trim, I am having it painted too.

Yikes! No! Don't paint the plastic trim!
It might look snazzy for a little while, but it WILL start to flake off, and then it'll look like dried up shit that started out runny.
The right thing to do with the plastic trim is take it off the car (or mask it off with cut-up brown paper grocery bags) and hit it with a heat gun. Search the forums, there's a write-up about it somewhere. Its color will come right back under the heat.
From what I can see in the picture, that car does not need refinishing. Is there damaged paint elsewhere on the car?

Professionaly painted all plastic trims 5 years ago:
If you're going to "refresh" them in the same color(black or grey)yourself, just make sure that you're using bumper spray paint for plastic trims.

Okay, there's a counterexample.
I have seen many going down the road with the unmistakable remains of a coat of spray paint on their bumpers. Apparently the result depends on materials and technique. Misha, can you describe what was done? That can't be a can of Rustoleum, and I suspect it isn't a simple one-layer spray, either.
