Which transmissions will fit the V70 T5 01-03?

I'm looking for little help on figuring out the 01-03 V70 car. I'd like to know which transmissions fit the V70. For example will a transmission from a 2003 auto V70 T5 fit a 01 V70 T5 auto car?
Which manuals fit? Any S60 auto or manual from 01-03?

I bought a V70 T5 for $500 with an auto tranny that isn't functioning. So I'm looking for what I can do to get it moving again. I was looking for a 940 turbo and fell across this one.
Too excited to even sleep.

Rule of thumb is: same year. Aisin did a few revisions of the transmission in early 200x.

Another rule of thumb: don't just throw in another 15 years old transmission, do a full rebuild
