O2 Sensor and Cat Troubles

I have a 2001 Volvo V40 which drives beautifully. I've replaced the Cat and O2 sensors recently with a magnaflow direct fit front cat and bosch o2 sensors. But I'm still getting the P0420 code and now I'm also getting a P0030 and P0032 code which wasn't there before.

Any thoughts on what might be the issue?
