Two questions.
1. If coolant sensor is bad could it cause a no spark issue
2.rpm sensor ohms 428 .manual says 300 to 500 is this correct?

1. It can cause hard starts. No spark is a little more dubious.

A coolant temp sensor shouldn't cause a no start, at worst it could throw off the fuel trims causing her to run too rich or too lean. Your Ohm measurement is right within spec.
