02 V70 T5. Cold start has extra "glugg" noise heard and felt within the cabin, from the engine Timing area. Not too drastic. As soon as the engine warms to proper idle RPM the "glugg" noise gets more pronounced. Then as soon as the car is put into gear the "glugg" noise 100% disappears and its "Happy Turbo Wagon driving time!
Intermittently during traffic light stops, the "glugg" makes its presence known... And gets extremely bad, feeling as though the engine will stall (but never has) when parked on an incline & engine still on!
Upon inspecting TB area, I noticed the T-Belt itself was rotating sloppy like a snake across the 2 top cams and idler pulley...all other rotation around water pump & tensioner look proper. All components were Tight & snug.
Thanks in advance for any insight...you guys ROCK!!

tensioner? idler pulley? motor mount?
If the noise is that bad, and you can tell its coming from that area, look further.
You have all ready take off the covers, I would remove the belt and check the condition of the the belt, tensioner , idler, and water pump.
Even without removing the parts( except for the belt) you can grab/spin the cogs/pulleys and see if there is a bad bearing.
How long ago was the belt and other parts changed?
